Farzi is very personable, relatable and above all knowledgeable in the Jared collections and she also helped us with some custom options in the setting and band.. Christine Renjit I have had consistently poor experiences trying to reach Pandora by phone. Anytime I have a quick question—just something simple I want to check before driving to the store—no one picks up. I would estimate about 95% of my calls go unanswered. During peak times, like Mother’s Day, it’s even worse. I called multiple times to ask about the availability of a specific charm, but couldn’t get through to anyone. I finally decided to go to the store in person, only to be told the last one had sold less than an hour before I arrived. If the phone line actually worked, I could’ve saved myself the time and frustration. For a brand as big as Pandora, I expected better customer service.

Erika Stumbled upon this store a couple months ago while killing time before my dinner reservation next door, and I ended up buying a beautiful gold/diamond necklace for my mom and gold hoop earrings for myself. I was really impressed with the selection available and the quality as well. The owner was a really nice Korean American man who was super knowledgable and helpful when I had questions about the differences in materials/diamonds/etc. I wear my hoop earrings literally every day, and they still look as good as new. Ive actually told several family members about this place now and theyve also bought a few items from here and have all had good experiences too!
