My fiancé and I went ring shopping a few months ago and visited a few chain stores, but none of them really understood what I wanted - even when I sent photos, which was very frustrating. Lina invited us to stop in, saying she had a diamond and setting she thought we’d love, and she was right! She knew exactly what I envisioned after just one conversation. She was so helpful, transparent, and knowledgeable, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I know my fiancé was especially grateful for how seamless everything was. Yosef was thorough during the process and explained what he looked for and how it was valued. Felt comfortable letting the pieces go and definitely would come back if I have anything else to sell. Sam Nemati The shop is a beautiful experience beholding amazing natural treasures. The store owner loves people and loves God! If you ever swing by, definitely chat with him and hear the amazing stories about how the rocks they sell came to be. We dont have enough of specialty shops like this in Longview, great place for finding unique gifts.

Crystal Tan I just Googled this place to have my jewelry repaired. I had my earrings lock repaired and my watch battery replaced. you have to drive by slowly to not miss the place bec it’s not a big one. It has a small driveway for you to park. The older gentleman greeted me, he doesn’t speak much english and I don’t speak spanish but he was able to understand what I needed fixed. He fixed my earrings and replaced the battery of my watch in 20 minutes! He charged me $40 and I thought that was a reasonable price. They only accept cash or zelle for payment. I highly recommend this place. If you are also looking for jewelry, Garcia’s has a lot that you can check out.

Brian Hiltz Fantastic customer service, a talented jeweler and reasonable pricing. I took a ring that was handed down to me and has been in my family for five generations now, and Raluca helped me to figure out what to do in order to make the ring like new again. The jeweler rebuilt the prongs, resized and rhodium plated the ring for me, and it turned out fantastic. Now I am able to wear the same ring that my great-great grandfather wore many years ago. I am super happy with the service they provided, and highly recommend Classique Jewelers.
