Patricia Fults I received a Bulova watch for my birthday in April & the battery didnt last long. I went to a dept store in McAllen to replace battery - 1 hour and 3 associates later - I was told my watch was broken. Regency Jewelers was my first stop. I spoke with Roy and he did a excellent job explaining how Bulovas can be tricky - theyd replace the battery first; if it was in fact broken & needed repair - theyd provide me w/ an estimate. I recd a phone call in less than 30 mins my watch was fixed! It was the battery! I am very pleased with the customer service, quick repair time, and affordable price for quality service.
