Shanna Hollingsworth For years I’ve had 3 beautiful diamonds I stopped wearing because they just didn’t fit the person I am today. Every time I looked at them they represented my past. When I walked into Red Tree and spoke to Sean, I explained that I need them to represent the woman I am today. We discussed a ring that would hold my 3 diamonds and I wanted to add sapphires. Sean introduced me to Ceylon Sapphires. The most gorgeous sapphire in my opinion. An amazing cornflower blue. Sean did a rough sketch on what we discussed and already it was perfect on paper. I followed up with Gary, who’s the craftsman behind the ring. He gave me options on how the ring could look, traditional, modern, or somewhere in between. They gave me a number of Ceylon sapphires to choose from. And with their expertise, we chose the most beautiful sapphires to enhance my ring. Working with Sean and Gary was the result of true craftsmanship. When I picked up my ring, I was overwhelmed by the beauty of it. Those 3 diamonds that once were hidden in a drawer, now shine brilliantly. This ring is who I am today. Thank you Sean and Gary, you two are truly gifted at what you do.

The engraver stayed until I made a decision and the item was ready promptly and gift wrapped. I would definitely recommend Murphey the Jeweler!

Yavriel Sechelle Incredible service. Incredibly friendly person. Great and talented artist. My (now)wife and I went there to get my mothers wedding ring resized for our wedding. Sonya was very happy and excited to do it for us, and asked us how quick we needed it. We told her no biggie, the wedding was still a few weeks away(at that time. We had to move the date up), so whenever she could get it done in that time would be great. The next day, less than 24 hours later in fact, she called us to let us know she had it done, because she was so excited for us to get married, and wanted us to have it as soon as possible. She even put the ring in a display case with other rings to give us a jewelry store experience, as in my wife could choose what ring she wanted. Very fun and sweet of her to add that bit of playfulness into the business. The ring was resized perfectly, and she cleaned it up nicely, which was something she took the initiative to do without asking. Consumate professional. This is Exactly why you shop local, and support local businesses. Try finding that brand of humanity and thoughtfulness in a big box retailer of any kind. Thank you, Sonya! Dean Calvo My household had been going to Hi-Tone for all of our jewelry needs for many years. The staff is always very professional, polite and honest. There’s quite a bit of quality custom jewelry on display, and I definitely would recommend them for any repairs as well. We’ve brought quite a few rings and bracelets over the years, and I just dropped off my wife’s emerald bracelet. The quote was very reasonable! Also, a couple of weeks ago I brought in my watch band in for repair. It turned out they were able to fix it with an adjustment right on the spot and didn’t charge me. We definitely trust this company.
