Tre Marcus The service at this Kay Jewelers is top notch! We did ring shopping at Zales and a different Kay Jewelers store but none of them compared to this one. Javier worked with us in making sure we got the perfect rings. He was patient, understanding, thoughtful and went above & beyond…staying in contact with us even after hours. For my surprise proposal, he made sure the engagement ring was sized and returned before my proposal date. When the ring was ready to pick up on his off day, he still came into the store to make sure I got the ring and was happy with it. He and the staff also made suggestions for the proposal so they were extremely helpful overall. My fiance loves the ring and were so happy we selected this Kay Jewelers location.

Chris Ojeda Walking into Zales at South Park Mall, we honestly just needed a quick ring cleaning. Life happens, and my partner’s engagement ring was looking a little less sparkly than usual! We were greeted so warmly, and Jeanette took such great care of us. Not only did she offer to clean her ring, but she also mentioned that we still had a warranty on it!
