Jorge Riestra Not usually one to leave reviews but my experience at August House far exceeded my expectations I’m almost forced to tell everyone about my experience. Christi and Donnie were so welcoming as soon as I stepped foot into their door from showing me around their store, offering drinks and more importantly educating me to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Christi is so passionate about everything she offers in the store which is something I’ve learned to appreciate nowadays. The store was clean, well organized and artistically put together. After browsing through earrings, bracelets and necklaces I landed on a beautiful rose gold with diamond ring that’s stackable (which I thought was unique) for my girlfriend to show my appreciation for everything she does. Needless to say I will definitely be back to add one of their Wilbur watches to the collection! Thank you August House for your exceptional service.

Stirling Lockwood Great little family shop. I brought in a variety of family heirlooms for cleaning and repairs and they did a fantastic job on everything. They restored some of my grandmothers pieces to like new even after they had sat in a drawer for 30 years. You cant even tell they were broken or tarnished. I also really appreciate that they do all of their in house. I had reached out to a few other shops but they wanted to mail my things to a restoration company in another state for repairs. Here at least I knew who was working on my jewelry and where it was. It really brought me peace of mind. I had a set of amethyst stones that they made into a beautiful pair of earrings for me. They helped me pick the setting and everything. The two gentlemen I worked with were super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back again!

Dean Calvo My household had been going to Hi-Tone for all of our jewelry needs for many years. The staff is always very professional, polite and honest. There’s quite a bit of quality custom jewelry on display, and I definitely would recommend them for any repairs as well. We’ve brought quite a few rings and bracelets over the years, and I just dropped off my wife’s emerald bracelet. The quote was very reasonable! Also, a couple of weeks ago I brought in my watch band in for repair. It turned out they were able to fix it with an adjustment right on the spot and didn’t charge me. We definitely trust this company.

Everywhere we looked was too expensive, or the associates were too pushy, or judgmental of our budget. However STEVE at the GRAPEVINE Marquise Jewelers was so kind and patient with us. We had left the store, then come back right before closing. Even after we had purchased a set, and it was shipped to me, we discussed resizing at length. THEN after shipping it back to him to possibly resize, I had completely changed my mind about the set. He was still so patient with me, making sure that I got the ring that I truly wanted. Chris Goodman These guys are great! Super nice and very professional. I took in a Movado Series 800 in for service and I had them shop off my wedding ring because I couldn’t take it off. They fixed the watch I brought in and resized my ring. My ring looked brand new like the day I got married, 26 years ago. They were quick and super pleasant to work with. Definitely I’ll have to purchase something from them in the near future!
