5 /5 Ryan Upton: Love this shop! Been here multiple times and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They always greet me with a warm welcome and make me feel like family. I would recommend anyone to this pawnshop when they need cash or a good deal. David is the manager there - go see him! You will not be dissapointed

2 /5 Jillian Bautista: Great selection of stuff (jewelry, guns, toys etc.) and the customer service was okay. I bought a NICE looking tv, Samsung, for $100. Very big. I also purchased the warranty. When the huge tv broke, I felt heartbroken. It does not turn on on command or off. When I called to trade in, all they could offer me was my money back…no other $100 tvs just $300 on up. I decided to keep it and just never turn it off. That’s what I get for purchasing a Samsung for $100. I felt they kept it close to the front in order to sell quick only to have the buyer come back in the store, return it and buy a bigger one for more money and possibly other items.

Crystal is one of the best employees to work, since their manager change, I still get really good deals regardless if I buy or pawn. David has been one of the best managers to to work out deals... keep going back because they keep getting better I love this pawn shop. I have done business with email for about a year, my parents a little more... these guys are very customer oriented, meaning they actually get to know who there customers are over time, and cunduct personalized business with each individual customer based on the needs. Giving really good prices on items, as well as doing what ever can be done to give the most money

1 /5 Ryan Skiles: Terrible. I feel disrespected and hustled by not only the employees but their slick manager too. I feel cheated on what seemed like a great deal at first I was told by Ever that these were great tvs and laptops. When all said and done the laptop wasnt the greatest and neither where the tvs. I feel like they switched out what I was trying to buy off layaway for the holidays. I think some of them arent there anymore but they all deserve to either get better with customers or go look for work elsewhere.
