I spoke with Roy and he did a excellent job explaining how Bulovas can be tricky - theyd replace the battery first; if it was in fact broken & needed repair - theyd provide me w/ an estimate. Jane Satree This place is the real deal for jewelry repair, cleaning or design. All work done on-site. We needed to have a small diamond set back into a ring. They did that and cleaned the ring up to look like new- all in a couple hours. Excellent work, honest and reliable and great price.
