Christian Johnson I have a 10k gold ring from my mother-in-law that I have not been able to wear because it was too small. Kay Jewelers told me it would be $200 per ring to add gold and take two weeks to get back!!! This place offered to do it for $50 and it was ready the next day. My ring looks great. Thank you for your affordable and speedy customer service.

Amber Lang I was expecting an antique store but it wasnt to my surprise. They had different old-school toys from where I was a kid clothing purses food items even a section strictly for him great place to find a gift or even pick up something for the babies ( yes they have baby jewelry bracelets and rings)

Allison Newsom Cornwell My husband bought my engagement & wedding rings and we got his wedding ring here. We love our custom jewelry. My only complaint, if I have to find one, is their limited hours. We live out of town & are only in the Odessa area for holidays and/or weekends, and they are closed those times (which we totally get, hence not docking the review).

Josh was incredibly quick and accommodating to my deadline, and worked one-on-one with me every step of the way. Using their CAD design software, they customized the ring exactly to my vision, brainstorming ideas together until we landed on a perfect design. Their pricing was also fantastic for the quality and service I received. The entire process felt seamless, personal, and stress-free. Nate Couch This is a cool place. They make their own custom jewelry here and its really interesting stuff. Theyll even take jewelry youve already got and turn it into something else for you. The staff are also really good people. Theyre friendly and helpful and not looking to take advantage of you. I took my grandmother here looking to help her sell an old ring she had and they gave her a free appraisal with an offer but also told us where to go shop it around and recommended going elsewhere to make sure we were getting the best deal. Not only that, he cleaned the ring and steamed the diamonds to make it pop for her for no charge! I was blown away by this. He made sure to explain everything to her, and even multiple times offered to change the ring for her and made sure that she was really interested in selling it and parting with it. They just really wanted to help my grandmother out above making a profit on her. This kind of honesty and genuine service is so hard to find these days. Ill be back for sure.

She took the time to show me everything I was looking for and offered to clean one of my necklaces. Also, I forgot one of my rings and she came to the parking lot to give it to me. We were just starting the ring shopping process and she was able to provide us with great information and answered all of our questions! She was very mindful of our budget and after seeing other places, we can get way more with Lillian M as far as size and clarity by shopping small!
