He gave us some recommendations on repairing the wedding band to last and making sure it doesnt get bent again, but in the meantime he said hed just reform it and clean my engagement ring free of charge. Last week, we brought back both my rings and hubbys wedding band for cleaning/polish service but Luis noticed the prongs of my engagement ring were getting worn. He quoted us the repair and we were told it would take about a week. We got the call they were ready before the week was up. Our rings are so shiny, they all look new! Good quality service! When youre looking for a jeweler, youre not just looking for a craftsman, youre looking for someone reliable and trust-worthy. Luis is that. He provides excellent customer service, great attention to detail, very personable, and just warmly talks to you. He makes professional recommendations. This is his expertise and you dont feel like hes up-selling you, hes taking care of you! Engagement and wedding rings are so personal, Im glad we found a jeweler who we can trust with our priced emblems!!!

Jay The diamond in my college ring popped out, and I called around at a couple jewelry locations nearby. Moses helped me and completed the repair job in three days. Much faster than the other jewelers. When I picked it up, I was very amazed on how beautiful my ring looked and shined bright. Moses and his staff, Mia are very friendly. Overall, my experience is fantastic, and I will go back to them again when needed, and I would refer them to my friends and family. Thank you.

88metaphors My Godson and I had a wonderful experience with Shayne and Cindy at SB Western Silver and Knives a week ago that exemplified everything I miss about a small town - courtesy, enthusiasm and service. Shayne not only went out of his way to help us with my Godsons previous purchase, he patiently explained some of the distinguishing features between several of the other Artists knives in his collection. My sister also loved their exquisite silver items! Make sure you stop in and visit SB Western Silver and youll see, as I did, the heart of Texas in a small town Artisan!

kristina hsu Jose is very good, very friendly and professional. He explained everything and treated my jewelry delicately. I have old jewelry that I do not use anymore and it is time to make room for new ones. He is very good and transaction is fast. Higher price than any others.

Ana Bonilla Salazar I went to Jewelry Limited to get my antique watch fitted. From the moment i stepped in, everyone was so friendly, even the other customers. It was nice and quick. It was fitted perfectly to my wrist and when i saw that they had watch batteries, they fixed up my watch so it was up n running. While i was there, another customer was looking to sell her antique chalices, and though they couldn’t help her. They kindly referred her to place that possibly could. They also had beautiful jewelry displayed and a variety of chains. The owners are personable and listen to what your needs are. 100% Recommend!

A A My wedding ring broke. I went to Azteca Jewelry, the guy fixed and resized it to my complete satisfaction. The service was fast ( he finished it in just 30 minutes or so). The cleaning and polishing made it look brand new although I had this ring for 29 years. The best part is, the pricing is reasonable! Thank you Azteca. Ill come back again. By the way, I edited this review to add that I ended up glancing at my ring more simply because it looks fresh and sparkly. It also feels comfortable after he resized it. Good job!

Dean Calvo My household had been going to Hi-Tone for all of our jewelry needs for many years. The staff is always very professional, polite and honest. There’s quite a bit of quality custom jewelry on display, and I definitely would recommend them for any repairs as well. We’ve brought quite a few rings and bracelets over the years, and I just dropped off my wife’s emerald bracelet. The quote was very reasonable! Also, a couple of weeks ago I brought in my watch band in for repair. It turned out they were able to fix it with an adjustment right on the spot and didn’t charge me. We definitely trust this company.
