Sylvia Jaramillo We have been customers of Eve’s Custom Jewelry for some years now, mostly obtaining services for minor jewelry repairs, cleaning, etc. In June 2024, I damaged my anniversary ring which included losing one of the small diamonds. Eve’s replaced the missing diamond and now my anniversary ring shines brilliantly and looks better than new! I also inquired about how best to keep my wedding rings from turning sideways and upside down on my finger. After speaking with Nancy, she recommended fusing the two rings together, widening the band and squaring out the bottom to balance the weight. Nancy very meticulously explained the process and provided a sketch of the finished product. I picked my wedding ring up this past weekend and I am ecstatic!!! For the first time in 35 years, I can actually see the diamonds on the top of the ring. No more slipping sideways and upside down. I can’t stop looking at it. From the top, it still looks like two separate rings in the set. I love, love, love, the squared bottom. This is it exactly what was needed. No other jeweler had ever recommended this so I had resorted to just “living with it”. Not anymore! Thank you Nancy for giving me the perfect, original wedding ring! They always try to give me fair prices, they shout me straight and even help me carry things from time to time when I have brought something in that was heavy and had my daughter with me. They give great customer service and are always knowledgeable and informative about why or why not they buy something. Very kind hearted people, everyone I have had an interaction with at either store had always been very helpful as well, but those three are my favorites!
