5 /5 Carissa Ercegovich: My boyfriend and I stopped in today to explore options for engagement rings and Mikey was wonderful. He was incredibly helpful and informative. We have never shopped for rings before and he made the process very easy and it was not intimidating. He mentioned he was new to the store but he handled us as if he had been there for years. We left the store in love with a few options and plan to return soon to make a purchase. Thank you Mikey!

5 /5 Charlie Anton: I was having some financial issues paying off an engagement ring and Brandon, the sales rep helping me, was so patient and kind the entire time. He was super easy to talk to and helped ease any anxiety I had while I was on hold with my bank. He was also very friendly and helpful as I was looking for adjustment options at an earlier time as well. Highly recommend him and this location.

1 /5 Daniel Lewis: My fiance found an item on the Zales website that she was excited about and so today, while I was at work at the fire station, she asked my mother to go along with her to go into the store and order it. She wanted to buy it in person so she could try it on and get a warranty. They were so excited to have a girls day, but the woman behind the counter managed to ruin the experience for them. She claimed she was the manager, but couldn’t even be bothered to give my finance the time of day. And when my finance asked about the coupons she had gotten online, the manager informed her that she would not honor them. She treated my finance as though she was better than her. I don’t know if this is how Zales does business, but we will have to try another location and see how it goes. As for the location in Stonebriar Mall… no thank you.

5 /5 Wendy Wiser: It took years to find there perfect wedding ring replacement after mine disappeared. I went to 5 jewelers and Zales had the BEST selection! Abbie & Michael treated me like GOLD & the experience was perfect! I’ll be going back to the Stonebrair location from now on!
