5 /5 Sarah Jane McLean: Anyone complaining about price tags or service obviously didn’t go into the store to spend money in the first place! The owner Alex is so very polite and eager to deal. His work is beautiful, he is amazingly talented. Never go by the price tag in a jewelry store. Always intend to negotiate with the salesman and like any other deal, the price comes down per piece when you buy more. My camera doesn’t do this piece justice. So well made and sturdy.

5 /5 Walker Lindsey: Excellent source for any and all Jewelry needs. Met these guys a couple years ago when one of their employees stopped me and asked me if I wanted to buy a chain. Since that time and lots of money later I can now say I am not only a loyal customer but a good friend of the owners at Supreme Jewelers. I nearly exclusively shop with them as they always have or can obtain any piece I want , custom pendants included! Must contact if searching for quality REAL jewelry at a fair price point. They have it all.

1 /5 Not 4Gotten: Scam, scam, scam!! I bought a set of jewelry here and havent had a chance to enjoy the jewelry because the diamonds kept falling out of the earrings, ring, and the necklace unraveled. Come to find out, they are selling defective items as new items, and this is fraud. I was told the necklace couldn’t be repaired because it would happen again, and the earrings, I would just have to keep getting them repaired or let them give me pennies for them. The rightful option by law is a refund because its obvious the item is defective. The only option was given was a credit of pennies for me to buy something else and spend more money. People please understand these are unfair trade practices which is potentially fraud, its deceptive and the motive makes you spend more money. These people can be reported to the bureau of India standards or the FTC . They have the right one, because this complaint is only to let them know I see the pattern just as the judge will. Patterns do not lie. By the time you realize you have been scammed with defective jewelry and want a refund, they try to say it’s too late and want you to be stuck with defective jewelry or by more or their jewelry. The fraud on customers will stop today!!!

1 /5 moneka jones: I bought a ring from here that was almost 2,000. The diamond fell out several times. In the same spot. They don’t have a refund policy. Seems as if they make up rules as they go. They also don’t have great customer service. I would suggest that if you want a ring worth any VALUE is to shoo somewhere else. I would t sent my worst enemy here. This place is really bad customer service and ensuring that the customer is happy.
