After hours of research online and calling jewelers (I didnt want the center stone to be a diamond, and apparently thats harder to cater to), I found Brett. Not only does he work in precious stones and metals, he also works very heavily with semiprecious stones. He called me when stones were in for me to look through and see what I liked. He was insanely customer-oriented despite the lower price tag of the purchase. I love the work he did and I absolutely ADORE my ring. We are having him do my wedding band to match, and we have trusted him (without fail) to fix heirloom jewelry. Thank you for taking the time to walk us through such an important and meaningful purchase. Thank you for making all of your customers feel welcomed regardless of what theyre buying. Jai Rai Today I was looking for an item for my husband as it is his birthday, and I ended up at Dillards not part of my plans, but that’s where I ended up at either way I picked up one item and went into the cologne section. There was a worker who asked how may I help you and I was like well today’s my husband‘s birthday and I am looking for a cologne and he doesn’t really wear cologne so I don’t know what to buy. She suggested what do I think he likes? Maybe we can try something from Dior. She said you know I’ll give you a sample of it so that way if he doesn’t like it, he doesn’t have to open it and he can just return it and exchange and do whatever he wants with it. She was pro professional, and got a great sale. Fantastic service.
