5 /5 Hunter Lewis: I went in looking for the perfect engagement ring for my now fiance. When I got there, Stephanie C immediately got to the important and practical questions, but also stayed patient enough with me to make sure I felt comfortable with every little thing. After a lot of discussion on the specifics, I ended up going with a custom made ring with all of my fiancés needs and tastes met with flying colors. She loves it and I still catch her admiring it all the time. We also went back for my own engagement watch that Im wearing and showing off every chance I get. I will be going to Stephanie C for each and every piece of jewelry I get from now on.

My (now) fiancee was not sure what she wanted in an engagement ring when we started working with Kristi, and through a few appointments, Kristi helped design an absolutely gorgeous ring that my fiancee adores. Kristi turned what could be an intimidating process into an exciting one. We cant wait to continue working with her and Zadok for future jewelry (and watch!) needs.

5 /5 Parth Mehta: Zadok is absolutely incredible. We love to look at all the amazing jewelry and have purchased several pieces that are simply stunning. The history of the store is remarkable! Abby is very helpful, very friendly, and we always look to work with her. She helped me pick out a setting for the engagement ring, helped design a unique wedding ring, and has helped with a layaway purchase that she kept beyond the usual time period as she knew I would definitely come pick it up. We also had some work done to adjust a bracelet and, again, Abby was completely on top of things and so easy to communicate with. The other staff are wonderful and very helpful as well, but she is definitely our favorite!

5 /5 Robert Berman: I live in an area that has a really nice Rolex store but that’s it. Nothing else! I am a collector who is looking to diversify watch makers. Well Ross at Zadok has cure for that! First I bought an A.Lange & Sohne Grand Lange One. Less than a week later I bought a JLC Polaris. I could not be happier with my new timepieces. I’ve never had any one show me so many different watches. He was kind, patient and slow with his opinions. He didn’t want to influence my decision but did advise me about each watch. I’m crazy about Ross and the entire staff at Zadok. They crush it in selection and service!

5 /5 Robert John: I broke a link to my Zenith Defy Skyline in black ceramic and brought it in to Denis and their watch repair department. He personally walked down to help me and gave me an on the spot diagnosis after running some tests. We sent it to Zenith through Zadok. I 1000% recommend doing it through Zadok and not as a private buyer direct. Zadok can contact the brands much easier and got it done in less than half the time it took me. Denis and his team got me a brand new ceramic bracelet and covered under warranty at no cost other than a minuscule Zadok service cost. He messaged me updates frequently and responded to every call I made this whole process. Context: I had spoked with 2 other stores (including the one I bought it from) before bringing it to Zadok. I saw on their social media that they do repairs. One offered to get me a new bracelet for “about $10k”. I was told it wasnt covered under warranty. I think they were just trying to make a sale. Meanwhile, Zadok has been 100% customer service focused and focused on long term relationships.
