VinnieDaGhinny CMR Jewelers & Watch Repair is a wonderful place with exceptional service! Not only were they prompt with my needs, they have a whole shop full of other exciting gifts and services. Honestly, its a hidden gem within League City. If you have not been here, I highly recommend stopping in, you may find that one in a million trinket! Amanda Hasty I cannot recommend ITouch diamonds enough. Their work truly speaks for itself. I had a pair of earrings but I lost one the first time I wore them and had the other made into a ring (at a different jewler). I was never happy with the results. My grandmother left me her wedding ring and I had the two combined. I’m extremely happy with the results and attention to detail!

What really made the difference was the customer service—Steve was incredibly helpful, honest, and professional. He took the time to explain the value of what I was pawning and made sure I felt comfortable with the deal. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and not just the transaction. Perry Jefferies Took a fancy earring in with a scarily bent post. They fixed it while I waited, the gentleman was obviously very skilled. The woman at the front was super pleasant and understanding and it is clear they are a bonus for the community. We will return for new items and any future repairs. Highly recommended.

My husband ended up doing a custom design at Kay’s and Elizabeth was so communicative and accommodating throughout every step of the process. Anytime we went to Kay’s for an appt to approve the progress, we never felt rushed and Elizabeth went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to perfection. This went above and beyond the customer service we would expect from any jeweler and really helped make what could have been a stressful season a really enjoyable one!
