Not only were they friendly, they truly shared our excitement with us, you can tell they really enjoy being part of these special purchases for special occasions. Our pieces are absolutely beautiful and you cant find anything like them anywhere else. I have received many compliments on my radiant! We look forward to returning for more purchases in the future! 5 /5 Krisanna Spinato: Omg! My experience was amazing!! After being frustrated at so many other stores, I came in here at TW mall, Lea was there to help 1,000% of the process! She like totally knew me from the beginning when we met and understood what I wanted. Helped me find a setting and then custom ordered a stone for me !! My 7.10ct radiant is absolutely gorgeous especially mounted on my 2.5 ct band. Like absolutely stunning!!! If youre looking for something great and someone whos awesome, communicative and just the best ask for LEA!

5 /5 Diane Lee: UPDATE Helzberg reached out to me and had manager Dawn call me and sincerely apologize. Zoe, as well. I found a necklace and I bought earrings above the credit they honored. Thank you for resolving this matter quickly and. Kindly. Diane My daughter was presented this bracelet for her 15. Wore it 3 hours, physically handicapped and Melissa the manager but the blame on her instead of acknowledging the poor quality of the bracelet. No, my sister did not purchase the care package but I was told this is a delicate piece that shouldn’t be worn casually… never heard that before. At the end, we left with zero resolution, I even offered to add money to purchase something that may be nicer, but they wouldn’t give me any kind of credit towards another purchase, super unprofessional. Sad because I really could’ve made a big purchase and that was not important to them. They didn’t see the value in gaining a new customer.

2 /5 taigyn gotte: Went here to purchase an engagement ring. On the bright side, they have a beautiful selection with great prices! I’ve purchased jewelry here before and so have my parents. On the other hand, the “head lady”, I can’t remember her name because I left fairly upset, was probably the WORST experience i’ve ever had in a jewelry store. While I appreciate her trying to help me find “the one”, i didn’t NOT appreciate her making sly comments about my fiance and I not “having the means” to purchase a certain ring. She also made comments that I should try to find a different stone that I liked because apparently be being picky about what I want is just me needing to look for a different stone. Her snarky comments about money and trying to tell me what I want instead of listening to what I ACTUALLY wanted, made me beyond furious. Out of all my experiences with sales personnel, she was by far the worst. Super pushy to the point where she was making me second guess what I wanted in a ring and that is beyond unacceptable. I walked into plenty of jewelry stores that day and the sales people were very nice and helpful but not pushy like she was. It got to the point where my fiance had to speak up and tell her that we were just going to keep looking and even then, she kept on. I do not appreciate feeling forced to buy something that I didn’t want even after telling them exactly what I wanted. I am extremely disappointed. I ended up finding the perfect ring at Zales instead. I will never be returning to this store for as long at she works there. From the comments about money to her telling me I should just look for a different stone since I wasn’t blown away by their minimal selection of emerald rings. I nearly had a panic attack from how pushy this lady was being. Car salesman aren’t half as bad as her and that says A LOT. Thanks for trying to change what I want for MY special day lady. Not even suggestions or recommendations, just straight up saying I should try to find something different. It’s a great jewelry, just be ready to put this lady in check. Don’t let her try to pressure you into buying something you are not happy with.

5 /5 Lisa Jantzen: I was fortunate enough to upgrade my wedding set this year. We ended up choosing Helzberg, just as my husband had done 23 years ago. Im so thankful Lea was there to help us through the entire process. We had gone to two other jewelry stores that day. I was hesitant to purchase anything immediately because I wanted to make sure my decision was just right. Its not every day that I get to choose something that has such meaning. She showed me a few diamonds already set, but as soon as she took me over to the loose diamonds and presented me an oval 8x diamond, I knew it was going to be "the one". She showed me countless settings online and helped me find the perfect one based on what I was telling her. We were able to make a fully refundable deposit and walk away, so that I still had time to make sure in my mind that I was making the right decision. The setting arrived, and it was perfect! I chose a matching stackable wedding band. Both needed to be sized. We picked them up yesterday, and I couldnt be more pleased with the amount of sparkle outside the store. I also left her with my original ring which needed a substantial amount of repair. Its like new again, and now I can choose to wear either/or. Lea was very patient with all my requests. I never felt rushed. She kept me in the loop via text/phone. She was very knowledgeable, and I look forward to visiting her next year if Im lucky enough to get another ring to stack with this set. Dont hesitate to ask for Lea specifically! She will make sure you are taken care of and absolutely happy with your purchase.
