I am BEYOND PLEASED with his work… He worked quickly and communicated clearly about the timeline of the turnaround. 5 /5 OR Manager: By Far the best jeweler I have had the pleasure to work with!! Used them for years and recently tried another business strictly based off of the location I was in at the time. Bad idea. I will never go to another company besides Southwest Jewelers again. They have set the standards in customer service and expertise! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
