I went back, and the team immediately helped me get it resized. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I sizes my wedding band the first time and the second time I replaced the stone and had a minor repair, TK assisted me and his customer service was impeccable! He takes care of all customers and acknowledges everyone with respect! He never made me feel looked down on which I’ve received from other jewelry stores, the price was fair!!!
