Tess Endicott RJ was EXACTLY the consultant I needed for trying on rings for the first time. I never in my wildest dreams thought I would ever meet the right person, so it was very emotional for me, even though I hid it well. I have multiple disabilities and to say yesterday was emotionally exhausting in a good way, doesnt cover it. RJ made the appointment extremely easy and smooth and I cannot recommend him enough. He showed me everything I had requested and was VERY laid back, calm, and patient, which is exactly what I needed. My boyfriend will definitely be back up to see him in the future. I so appreciated how mellow jell-o, as I say, the appointment was. I was encouraged to take my time, explore all my options and given a wealth of information on everything from the rings, diamonds, and even the warranty. Thank you for making it a special day!!

L Ar Let me be clear...we did NOT intend to buy a ring today! lol It was time for inspection & cleaning but I lost a diamond. Salam was an absolute GEM! Nicole Bedoya This review was long overdue. You know that icky feeling you get when you go into ring shop and you feel like they just want you to buy something or move on? Thats not what you get here at all. I have never had a better experience than coming to the Clean Origin store in terms of customer service. This was such a huge moment for my fiance and I, and they didnt rush us, they listened, they took their time to help me find what I wanted. And trust me, I had no idea what I wanted at first so the patience was unmatched. By the end of it, the person who helped us, Kya, felt as if I was shopping with a bestie. She took me to the best lighting, helped me get a video if the ring, and really helped my fiance through the whole process of purchasing when the time came over email and phone a few months later. We did look at other rings after we came here, but ultimately, we got my ring here because you couldnt beat the day or experience. I dont just see my ring, I see the day my fiance flew me to Texas to see this store in person, and we had nothing but warm genuine kindness from everyone inside.

Sarah Jane McLean Anyone complaining about price tags or service obviously didn’t go into the store to spend money in the first place! The owner Alex is so very polite and eager to deal. His work is beautiful, he is amazingly talented. Never go by the price tag in a jewelry store. Always intend to negotiate with the salesman and like any other deal, the price comes down per piece when you buy more. My camera doesn’t do this piece justice. So well made and sturdy.

Anselma Schivelbein My fiancée has already written a review about Besco Custom Jewelers, but as the buyer, I wanted to add my own experience. I have not seen a business as old as Bretts (40+ years!) to boast a perfect five star rating, but after experiencing Bescos service, I immediately understood why. Brett is the real deal and the finest example of jewelry craftsmanship you can receive. He was exceptionally communicative throughout the entire process, sharing through email, and in-person, screenshots of the full design process. I came with a specific ask, which was a low-profile ring designed to fit my then girlfriends very small finger. I procured a proportionally large lab-grown stone and wasnt sure how it would fit on her hand without being an obstruction in her day-to-day life. Brett gave me realistic expectations for what could physically be done, but ended up delivering far beyond those expectations. He also never made any unwelcome statements about our needs, and was easy to talk to throughout. In the end, the finished ring is excellent. It is both structurally sound, unassumingly low profile and the perfect setting for the stone. My photo does not do it justice. Nothing went wrong in my experience, but I feel certain that if any issues did come up, Brett would work to correct it. He said we could come in for any maintenance needed on the ring, or for any repairs should they be needed. However, I didnt expect Id need to, as his handiwork spoke for itself. I might add that I was still a teenager during this entire process, but he never once took advantage of my naivety. In fact, the ring ended up costing far below the value for his handiwork and expertise, to the point I would say I was undercharged. During a visit where he showed me the CAD he had made for our ring, I caught a glimpse of an incredibly ornate anniversary gift he was making for his wife, and was genuinely floored by the extensive detail and design. It was far more intricate than the ring I wanted made, and showed how far his ability goes after decades of making jewelry. His website showcases his ability further. He seems to take pride in being able to fulfill any vision a customer brings in. Avoid big box jewelry stores that take advantage of their customers, and support craftsmanship and artistry at Besco Custom Jewelers! I would recommend everybody with a jewelry need to come here, even if you have to fly in from Qatar. Brett is better than the reviews claim, he is the best.

daysi in the sunshine I was referred to this shop thru another customer whom had a ring custom made for him and was told that they would be able to help me with sizing a bracelet that I had gifted. Not only was it ready in a short amount of time but also the price was reasonable. And, the personal whom assisted were all very nice and informative of their custom work they do. Definitely will return when needed and also i do refer them as well!
