Robert not only helped us with resizing, but also showed us a selection of beautiful rings with incredible value and pricing within our budget. We ended up upgrading to a stunning 3-carat diamond ring with an impressive crown setting surrounded by smaller diamonds—it is absolutely breathtaking. He was also able to resize my wife’s original band, which she hadn’t been able to wear since we had kids. On top of that, Robert went the extra mile by creating a gorgeous pendant from the diamonds in her previous ring as a special gift for her upcoming birthday. Robert’s attention to detail, patience, and genuine care made this such a memorable and special experience. Bear Bear WARNING ⚠️ I dropped off a gold bracelet on 4/15/2024. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday, but I was unable to go until today (4/19/2024). I arrived shortly after 10 this morning, and they were closed. I waited 45 minutes and still closed, so I got on Google Maps to see the hours of operation. According to it, they shouldve been open. You cant call, because their number is not posted. I started reading some of the recent reviews of this place, and now Im a little scared. I hope Im not disappointed in their work, or worse yet, I hope they didnt screw it up. UPDATE: Its 12 noon, 4/22/24, and I just returned from picking up my mothers bracelet. Im IRATE, to say the least! Not only did these IDIOTS not repair my mothers bracelet, but they charged me for "straightening" the bracelet. Needless to say, I will never return and do everything in my power to make sure I warn those who inquire about this business. Please read the other reviews and take heed. Im not the only one who has had a horrific experience with these people.
