When we walked into the David Yurman store, we were immediately greeted by Katrina, the store manager, with the warmest smile and most genuine welcome I’ve ever received in a retail setting. I was searching for my dream Mother’s Day gift, and although it ended up being above my budget, Katrina’s patience and kindness throughout the entire experience were unforgettable.
What truly stood out was her sincerity. she treated us with the same care and respect as if we were making a big purchase. It was clear that to Katrina, every customer matters, whether they buy or not. Her professionalism, empathy, and outstanding service make her the kind of store manager every store should be lucky to have.
