A True Example of Excellence in Customer Service When we walked into the David Yurman store, we were immediately greeted by Katrina, the store manager, with the warmest smile and most genuine welcome I’ve ever received in a retail setting. I was searching for my dream Mother’s Day gift, and although it ended up being above my budget, Katrina’s patience and kindness throughout the entire experience were unforgettable. What truly stood out was her sincerity. she treated us with the same care and respect as if we were making a big purchase. It was clear that to Katrina, every customer matters, whether they buy or not. Her professionalism, empathy, and outstanding service make her the kind of store manager every store should be lucky to have. Katrina is truly an asset to David Yurman, and because of her, I will definitely be going back. Thank you, Katrina, for making our day brighter and for showing what true customer care looks like.

Austin was attentive, fun & the most helpful representative we could’ve asked for! Mo was so sweet & attentive, she answered a few of our phone calls and took the time to congratulate my fiancé & myself during our appointment. Everyone there will make you feel special & well taken care of!

5 /5 Amy: Five stars for Carlos for being such a fantastic sales associate! I came in wanting to get a bracelet as it was my birthday month. Carlos greeted me and immediately jumped in with showing me and helping me try on different bracelet types. As I tried them and gave feedback, he tailored different choices and let me try on so many different combos, chains, etc. At the end, I was able to get 2 beautiful bracelets and have not stopped wearing them since bringing them home. The jewelry is great quality, but truly the experience I had at this store makes it so much better. I even got tips on how to put on the bracelets and they were so patient with me practicing. Definitely would want to come back to purchase other pieces of jewelry in the future!
