1 /5 Sonia Morales: Never never go to this place. The owner is beyond unprofessional. He had my ring for almost 3 weeks and when I called 2 1/2 weeks later he told me that my ring was in process. He’ll have it in a couple days. I waited over the weekend and called again. He told me that his jeweler had to have surgery and he doesn’t know when he’s gonna come back. I told him ,”what’s the status of my ring then if it was in process a few days ago?” He said,” it hasn’t been worked on yet!” when I told him that that’s not what he told me he began to lie and say that why would he say that. When I went to go pick up my ring with a smile on his face, he was telling me ,”don’t be mad, ma’am”! I explained to him lying to your customers is not a good thing he continue to laugh at me. I was walking out the door. Just be careful. It says a lot about a person who laughs at their customers.
