Fossil Outlet Store - San Marcos

Anna Cady I had such a great experience at the Fossil store in the San Marcos outlets! The store was clean, well-organized, and had a fantastic selection of watches, bags, and accessories. What really made my visit exceptional, though, was the incredible customer service I received from McKinzey. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in finding exactly what I needed. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I left with a beautiful new watch and a smile on my face. Thanks again, McKinzey – you’re a rockstar! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Angela recently helped me find the most absolutely stunning engagement ring. Her assistance walking me through the process, helping me with my inquiries and connecting me with the jewelry designers was invaluable. Above all, she understands the importance of this special occasion which is reflected by the level of care and attention to each step of the process. If you go to GB in the galleria, please consider Angela Jo as your GB gent.

Fine Jewelry - El Paso

Dainer Proenza Nah, go there, theyll steal your gold. I wore a thick ring to make it smaller, it was a thick style filled inside and when I picked it up again, it was empty inside, it weighed almost 4.5 ounces and when I returned it, it didnt even weigh 3 and the ring was all bent.

Oro Valle - Laredo

Jesus Barron It wasn’t OK experience just a gentleman felt like that. He just wanted to sell things showed me a chain of ability. He said it was worth $350 and all of a sudden dropped it too close to 200. Just made me wonder what exactly am I getting?

JCPenney - Round Rock

Nadeem N I walked into JCPenney with zero expectations actually, more like avoiding it for years because I assumed the prices would be sky-high and not worth the trip. But wow, was I wrong. This place was like walking into a secret warehouse of discounts that no one talks about. I don’t know if they’re trying to be low-key about it or what, because I swear these deals aren’t being blasted online or anywhere else I usually see ads. Its almost like they’re hiding these sales for people who actually show up in person. If that’s their marketing strategy, it’s working now, because I’m telling everyone. We saw Liz Claiborne handbags for 50% off, a rainbow wall of crewneck shirts for $5.99 each, Pokémon backpack sets, and even 4th of July sandal sales for under $30. You could literally redo your whole closet or back-to-school list in one sweep and not break the bank. I was so surprised, I had to stop and take photos not for clout, but to remind myself to come back, because my memory is mostly folders of random thoughts unless I log stuff visually. While I was browsing and snapping pics, an employee from cosmetic came up to me asking if everything was okay. At first I was like, “Uh oh, am I doing something wrong?” but she wasn’t rude at all—just doing her job and keeping an eye on things. Honestly, its rare to see staff that attentive anymore. She didn’t hover or make it weird, just checked in and moved on. Five stars to employee for being present and professional. The store was also super clean and well-organized. Clothes were folded, shelves were full but not chaotic, and everything felt intuitive to navigate. It didn’t feel like a chore to shop here, which for me is a big deal because most stores either overstimulate or underdeliver. JCPenney is officially back on my radar. Great prices, organized layout, attentive staff, and deals that deserve more hype.
