Jen Docton I had a great experience at Diamonds of Kerrville. I took two pieces in for a fair market appraisal and I was treated with respect and kindness. They cleaned both pieces free of charge, educated me about the pieces, and directed me to another local business that dealt specifically with pieces like mine. The shop is lovely and they have gorgeous jewelry and excellent customer service. I will recommend them with no hesitation if you are in the market for fine jewelry!

William Reis What an incredible experience! We came here to get our daughter’s ears pierced. We wanted to go to a place where they would use a hollow needle rather than a piercing gun. We didn’t want to take her to a traditional tattoo parlor just because the atmosphere wasn’t what we wanted to expose our daughter to but we still wanted the professionalism and cleanliness that a tattoo parlor would offer. We found PIPER-jade and were so excited. This was exactly what we were looking for. We went to their location in the mall and they treated our girl so well. They are clean professional and let our girl sign the wall and gave her a certificate! Definitely everything I could have hoped for. I highly recommend it!

Mak ! The new store, which has been in business for a long time in the Dallas area, opened new shiny store last year. I visited this place to check out their necklace designs and different design patterns. The store offers a wide variety of options, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would like to express my special thanks to Priyanka for her assistance. Whenever I return, I will definitely ask for her help again.

We made an appointment for the Austin, Tx showroom to look at wedding bands together and we were helped by Regan. It was seriously such a phenomenal experience, Regan was so helpful and was such a joy to work with! She helped my fiancé and myself find our wedding bands in literally 30 mins. Latonya Mclaughlin I love Pandora! Its my guilty pleasure. I love this outlet. We drove 5+ hours from Ft. Sill, OK to come because its one of the few places you can still find pieces from the Essence collection! The first lady that helped us was amazing and super helpful, the second, not so much. When I go, I expect to be taken care of by one person and I expect their undivided attention. Because Ive spent thousands of dollars on my collection and this is a love I share with my daughter and my sister and now my mother as well. I never go in to browse, I always shop till I spend every dime of what Ive saved for the experience. This store is always clean, the lighting is perfect and when you can get the right customer service person that person is always very patient and helpful.

Cindy Hamilton I am so impressed! I was in town briefly and noticed that the clasp on my precious cross necklace was not closing tightly. I looked up jewelry repair and saw this place was close to my hotel . I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from Marissa the store manager . I knew immediately that this lady was competent and accommodating. She looked and said she could replace the clasp and looked at my ring that was slightly bent and said that could be fixed too . She then offered to clean my jewelry at no charge. It was just as a feel good wonderful customer service gesture ! She told me to come back in an hour and she’d have them ready . I returned to shiny and impeccably repaired jewelry…I was thrilled . Marissa and her jeweler Tom are top notch professionals. It was a REFRESHING experience. 1717jbs I had a stone taken out of a pendant and switched to another pendant. Garcia did an excellent job. I also got the opportunity to taste their ice cream. WOW! What a treat. I am going to be 69 years old in August. I have never had better ice cream. They have so many good flavors. I already picked out the next two flavors that I will be getting. I am so glad I found this shop. I will be coming back.

Rabbit Rabbit The family that runs the shop are very nice. They replaced the batteries in several of my watches and were willing to work within my budget. They also set the dates and time on each one. Excellent service!
