Erin Stein We came in August to get my 2 girls’ ears pierced. Came back today to redeem our “free earrings” but there was a glitch with the promotion. Raina not only gave me the customer service number to try and resolve the issue, but also grabbed some crayons and color sheets to occupy the girls while I was talking to them and she continued her work. She’s the sweetest and honestly, the reason we’ll return to that store.

Jimmy Lowe Helzberg Diamonds store in McAllen Texas. Went in to see about resizing a ring. Was greeted in a friendly manner and asked how they could help us. Prompt attention to our needs were handled by 3 different employees. Each of which worked in a very professional manner, especially Norma. She displayed a very experienced and knowledgeable ethic. This was our third jewelry store in La Plaza Mall to shop at and the first to treat us as good neighbors even though we were from out of town. Resizing the ring was not a problem. While there she noticed some other jewelry of ours needed cleaning. That was taken care of at no charge. The end result was us purchasing a new gold necklace we had been thinking about, as well as, feeling like we had made some new friends.

Everly Moussa I received my 4th and 5th wedding rings from Jesus Ruiz at this store. I exchanged one of my rings for a more expensive one with a better-designed grip on the stones. I do not recommend the pear ring with small diamonds around it, as it is a hassle to repair every stone that falls. Larger diamonds are more practical.

Blake Bochmann These guys are awsome! By far the best pawn shop i have ever been too. They have the best prices in town and are so welcoming that it feels like family when you walk in the door! They offer the best offers from what i have seen when it comes to selling or pawning items. They have saved my but countless times and i owe you guys a huge thank you for being so awsome! Id say 6 stars if i could!

Jayla Owens Marjorie was so sweet and wonderful. She was thorough, and patient with my 4 month old baby girl. She made the process so much smoother, and amazing. Both her and her coworker were outstanding. Absolutely recommend for all piercings!

Daniece Mulcahey Greg and Kanaes Jewelry and Art is a great place to have jewelry repaired. My mom took in several pieces of costume jewelry that needed repair and Greg was able to fix them while we waited! He checked all the welds under his microscope to make sure that her jewelry was in good shape, and cleaned them as well. The store hours are by appointment only, assuring that the customer has Greg and Kanaes full attention while there. From the repair of sentimental costume jewelry to the design of high-end jewelry art, this store does it all! The store is a great addition to Georgetown and we will definitely be back.
