Ruby helped us create my dream engagement ring and wedding ring and she also helped us get my husband’s wedding band and a watch as well! Their customer service is absolutely the best and they truly care about you and your needs! They had my ring custom made after every other jewelry store said it couldn’t be done and it came out gorgeous! We will definitely be using them for any of our jewelry needs and I would highly recommend them!

Jonathan Donlan Sensational job restoring and resizing my late grandfathers ring! Im a difficult person to size for with rings. perfect fit with no need for a second adjustment. He promised to have it ready before the service and with the extra help the ring needed to be restored, Im beyond thrilled with the service!!!

Mark Galati There is a woman that I have fallen in love with and I cant just propose with just the engagement ring. So I plan to give her the diamond earrings and either the amethyst necklace or the Sapphire medallion. The ring I didnt take a picture of because I was so focused on the type of cut that I wanted. But I made a friend with John Sadlowski who explained everything and saved it in their program for me. This woman deserves more so I am going to work harder to find her even more jewels to adorn her as my queen of a new world.

Dan S A great JCPenney to shop for whatever you need that JCPenney happens to sell. This location is clean, organized, and has friendly service. I couldnt complain about this store if I tried, nor do I have much more to say about this, so Ill share a story about this store: Once, back in 1991, I was shopping with my dad in this store. We were in the jeans section, and there was a little TV playing a Levis ad, on loop. It was for their large style jeans, and the commercial had a reggae song about "livin large". Fast forward to the modern era, and I am able to find that ad on YouTube. So, what I do is I enter Penneys from the north entrance and cue up the ad on my phone so I can share the joy. I do this every year at least once.

Jai Rai Today I was looking for an item for my husband as it is his birthday, and I ended up at Dillards not part of my plans, but that’s where I ended up at either way I picked up one item and went into the cologne section. There was a worker who asked how may I help you and I was like well today’s my husband‘s birthday and I am looking for a cologne and he doesn’t really wear cologne so I don’t know what to buy. She suggested what do I think he likes? Maybe we can try something from Dior. She said you know I’ll give you a sample of it so that way if he doesn’t like it, he doesn’t have to open it and he can just return it and exchange and do whatever he wants with it. She was pro professional, and got a great sale. Fantastic service.

They care about each and every customer and provide excellent service. They are hard-working, honest, reliable, trustworthy and very kind Christians. They also have a beautiful selection of jewelry and make gorgeous wedding rings. The one Joe made for my daughter is stunning ! 5 stars just aren’t enough for them. They are that good.
