Kevin Went to Kay Jewelers at Firewheel Town Center just on a whim to look at anniversary rings with no intention of purchasing on this day. Janie greeted us and listened to what we were looking for. She and her staff, Alexia and Alex, took the time to make recommendations and show us several styles of rings. It was a great time working with people who were pleasant, had awesome attitudes, and were fun to work with. We ended up leaving with three beautiful rings from a business we can highly recommend. Janie and her employees, Alexia and Alex, are an asset to the Kay family and should be commended for a job well done. We would recommend this Kay Jewelers to anyone wanting quality jewelry and a great experience.

Alex Rodriguez Natasha G. was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. She helped me find/build a custom ring, sourcing and gathering prices with options on all items. She added the ease and joy in shopping for jewelry... Gena helped us with the inspection and cleaning of our previously purchased jewelry. She also assisted us in finding a nice ring and watch after going through the whole counter explaining prices and discounts for all. Thank you Natasha and Gena for the great experience and service.

Nicole Bedoya This review was long overdue. You know that icky feeling you get when you go into ring shop and you feel like they just want you to buy something or move on? Thats not what you get here at all. I have never had a better experience than coming to the Clean Origin store in terms of customer service. This was such a huge moment for my fiance and I, and they didnt rush us, they listened, they took their time to help me find what I wanted. And trust me, I had no idea what I wanted at first so the patience was unmatched. By the end of it, the person who helped us, Kya, felt as if I was shopping with a bestie. She took me to the best lighting, helped me get a video if the ring, and really helped my fiance through the whole process of purchasing when the time came over email and phone a few months later. We did look at other rings after we came here, but ultimately, we got my ring here because you couldnt beat the day or experience. I dont just see my ring, I see the day my fiance flew me to Texas to see this store in person, and we had nothing but warm genuine kindness from everyone inside.

Michelle Cooper UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!

DL Yepez Aidelys has many options of beautiful dresses and many sizes. She assisted us and found my daughter the perfect XV dress. Reasonable prices and gorgeous high quality material. They are very attentive. Very clean boutique. We also saw crowns, jewelry, shoes, prom dresses and so many beautiful items for any special occasion. You can purchase or rent the petticoat, loved that option. I would highly recommend this local boutique if you are looking for a unique dress.
