5 /5 Angie Harrison: Excellent customer service. I brought my wedding ring in to be resized and they offered rhodium plating as well for a very reasonable price. It only took a few days and it looks better than ever…so clean and bright. They have some gorgeous and unique jewelry in a beautiful historic building. Multi-generational family owned business. I could spend hours looking at everything. Very special place.

5 /5 Kelly Stalcup: gorgeous store. looks just like a small downtown jewelry store should look like. I did have to wait about 12 minutes before I was helped, but only due to the very talkative customer that was before me. The lady that helped me was professional, assuring, and confident. I called just about 5 minutes ago to check on my piece that I brought in for repair, she told me that it is finished and ready to go. Never in my life have I had a piece of jewelry repaired. I have no knowledge of how much it should cost. I was thinking anywhere from $30 to $150. To my surprise, the cost is lower than the $30 I had imagined. I am going tomorrow to pick it up, and I have 110% confidence that this piece is repaired back to perfect. Thank yall so much.

2 /5 Kim Collins: Went there because they are friends of the family. Daughter apparently has ownership now... told her a story and she really made me feel "common" overall showed me a good set, but was "above" me in presentation. Sad... the parents did such an amazing job.

5 /5 Sarah Boland: I needed to get my two wedding bands sized and only had 16 days until the big day because of a mix up with a different jewelry store. I took my rings to Kinne’s, hoping that they could be sized in time. The woman who helped me initially was very kind and assured they’d be done in a week & a half to two weeks. They were ready after only a few days, and they fit perfect now!
