Odidi Esther I just met with Lauren in the Zales by the Parks at Arlington and get comfortable because I HAVE to rave. I am not a casual jewelry wearer and I needed my measurements taken for a fitting where the jewelry would be handmade. I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do, just going to the nearest place google recommended and I was greeted warmly by Lauren! I told her my needs and she took her time measuring each finger, wrist and my necklace size, and laughed along with me, while still explained everything I needed to know clearly! We made wonderful conversation as she worked in wonderful professionalism. I got everything I needed in record time. I am so excited to write this review because Lauren is a pillar or exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism with a great personality and smile to boot! I hope everyone has a great day but I hope Lauren has a stellar day every day for the day she helped me make!

Not only for repairs, not only for great prices, not only for a great selection, but great ideas and customer service. Jesse helped me customize gifts for my husband, my father and my sons. My husband bought me gifts from Jesse as well. Even when my sons came of age, they bought from him as well. I wish we lived close enough, weve yet to find anyone as good or fair as Jesse in Gold Works. Highly recommend.

They also restrung a unique Native American crafted necklace that belonged to my father. Jason and Nichole are so kind and accommodating. Hannah Rabalais I don’t post reviews really but I was very impressed and delighted with my ring repair! They were skilled, knowledgeable, and so friendly to me and my young toddler. They replaced the entire head of my ring and added a new stone they helped me select. So happy with the result! Will definitely go back if I ever need another fix.
