Matthew C Update (2/23/25): Bad. Went today to sell them my JAXXON Cuban link 14K 2.7mm 24” chain. It weighs 13.2g. Gold spot price today is $94/g(2939/oz). So 14k melt price would = $727. There are calculators for this. The man offered me $450. I will not be coming back to this place. I left and sold my chain for $635 instantly at another gold shop. Now I understand the bad reviews and adding one of my own above. Went there this morning to see if I could exchange a 24K pendant that my wife bought for me few months back in China. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and professional. She gave me fair spot market gold price for the pendant(less a few% of course), and I got a 24K gold cross for a fair price. Very satisfied. Not sure why all the bad reviews.

Eric Velasco Went in on Saturday with my son looking for a Mothers Day gift for my wife. Saira was very helpful and attentive. She was able to help us make the perfect decision on a gift. I was also impressed that she was the only employee in the store at the moment and was able to attend to 10 customers calmly and very professional. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning for future gifts.

Aileen M Cruz Awesome collection of shops on the 2nd floor with plenty of merchandise for all ages to include a small amount of vintage items. It’s beautifully laid out. Many interesting pieces. It was enjoyable to shop here on 3/3/25 with my daughter. Got a few things for back home.

Wendy Enlow After dealing with an unprofessional at one Zales location I decided to try another location. I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Eddie. He was so friendly. Even after finding out I was there for ring sizing, he continued to be just as friendly. Eddie saved you Zales! After my unpleasant visit else where I told myself I was never shopping there again.
