5 /5 Tetiana Kushla: Highly recommend! I needed to adjust a new watch bracelet, my wrist is very skinny and I needed a very unusual adjustment to make to feel it comfortable. Courtney was very attentive to hear my concerns and just within couple minutes make it ready and it worked just perfect on my hand immediately. The place is very nice, everyone was so friendly, but Courtneys knowledge and professionalism it a totally next level, 10 starts out of 5. Thank you.

5 /5 Beeker: My first visit to Krugers some years back, I had just stepped in from walking town lake, total mess. I was greeted by a lady named Michelle who treated me no different than a individual wearing an expensive suit and fancy watch. This impressed so much, I knew I had the right jewelry store. To this day, I continue to shop with Krugers and this young lady because they know my price point and never try to up sale me for their benefit. Honest, trustworthy and most of all, treat you like family.

5 /5 Paivi Putsepp-Seufert: Krugers is the best place to get your jewelry from - fair priced, high quality, unique jewelry offered with the most honest, helpful and very knowledgable staff. I got two rings there with big meaning to me and after great discussion with Ryan, the expert on the floor, we picked them out and it was great. Then they didnt work for me well anymore months later and while Krugers couldve ignored my plea, they were very welcoming in trying to find replacements or advised on how to get these to work. It was incredible and shocking how non-money-grabbing they were, and they continue to be so! Calling out the names I recall: Ryan, Michelle, Amanda(I believe) have made this place be my go-to jewelry store for sure!

5 /5 Beverly Lincoln: My boyfriend and I made the trip downtown to look at some engagement rings and after visiting all of the jewelers in the area Kruger’s was by far our favorite. Courtney is an angel and answered all my questions! She asked us about our love story and put a lot of care into our search. The thing that impressed us most compared to the other jewelers is that they were able to place REAL diamonds in a setting on my finger for us to look at. The other places we visited just had CZ or plastic looking “diamonds”. We really appreciated their time and attention to detail.

5 /5 Gina: I happened to be visiting Austin and I realized my diamond was loose in my ring and I needed to find a trusted jeweler right away, thank goodness I came across Kruger’s. Thank you so much Sam & Ryan for fixing my ring & cleaning it! It looks like new & I no longer have to worry about my ring! If you’re ever in the area, Kruger’s is the place to go! The entire staff is so sweet and even gave my sister and I so many recommendations for our visit. Definitely will be back!
