They were exceptionally friendly and helpful, exuding a genuine and warm demeanor that made me feel welcome and as though I were an integral part of their community. It is refreshing to encounter establishments that genuinely care and provide such exceptional service. Lady named Lyn was exceptional upon my entrance, but Krista who assisted me was simply awesome y’all I would’ve given them 10 stars for especially where the area where their Showroom is located, other STORES nearby certainly have their noses high up in the air, but not this place. So impressed. Thank you both. I totally recommend them.

We had left the store, then come back right before closing. Even after we had purchased a set, and it was shipped to me, we discussed resizing at length. THEN after shipping it back to him to possibly resize, I had completely changed my mind about the set. He was still so patient with me, making sure that I got the ring that I truly wanted.
