3 /5 John Hupperts: While our experience creating a custom ring was good and we enjoyed working with them, and the ring initially looked great, the diamond came loose within a few days after proposal. We mailed it back to Franzetti for it to be fixed, and they pinched the bezel. When we opened the mail, we were dismayed to see the bezel mangled a bit, clearly visible to the naked eye. Then, it came loose again within 9 days. My fiancée works on a laptop at home and isn’t rough on her hands. Even so, we had explained that it should be an everyday ring, and if we had known (or been informed) the ring would be so fragile, we wouldn’t have gone this way. She hasn’t been able to wear her ring and we have to keep spending our spare time looking for a solution with other jewelers. I do appreciate that Franzetti did offer to remake the ring, but we opted to have a local jeweler bolster the bezel. The diamond is still minutely loose even after this other jeweler’s work and they say that’s simply a product of the design, but they assure us that the bezel will hold strong. So, maybe it was fine in the first place. Oh well

5 /5 Christopher Ugras: The jewelry at this shop is timeless. My fiancé found a ring she loved, and Lorie helped us pick out our bands and our sizes. Tony and everyone else at the shop were attentive and caring. Overall a wonderful experience.

5 /5 dena vandigriff: My 2 karat diamond fell out of my original engagement setting while I was on vacation. This was after having the prongs fixed several times by another jeweler. Bobby helped me redesign the old setting with a sapphire. It looks amazing. In addition, he took my diamond and created a new simple setting for it. Very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

5 /5 Dylan Rich: Franzetti Jewerlers operates their family run business at the highest level. If you want to feel valued, listened to, and get a fine piece of jewelry; look no further. I walked in and was greeted right away by Bobby. He helped me pick the perfect wedding ring. Showed me the differences and similarities between natural and lab grown diamonds and customized a ring that my wife adores! Once I proposed, my fiancé and I came back to pick out the wedding bands. Bobby is so patient and thoroughly showed us options for a bout an hour. Within a shirt few weeks they were ready for our big day! Bobby is the man! 5 /5 Mark A. Conlon: I love Franzetti. They are family owned and treat us like family every time we’ve shopped there. I’m currently on a a European cruise with my wife for her birthday and I have her wonderful bracelet gift with me only because of the amazing service from Lorie and Franzetti. Went out of her way to ensure we could have a specialized option (birthstones of wife and our two kids) created in less time than it should have taken and then overnighted to me in Houston when it made it back to the store in time. It’s always 5 star service whenever’s we’ve worked with them.
