Unlike the first place, I was quoted around half the price and my ring was carefully inspected for its setting and condition. The repair work needed was fully described to me And all my questions answered. The turnaround time was good, the price was fair, and the service was personalized and knowledgeable. I picked up the ring today and I’m very pleased with the quality of the work. While there, my wedding ring and earrings I was wearing were also all cleaned and inspected.ute was helpful and delightful! The lady came from the back of the store with a huge welcoming smile. Always have a nice experience when I go in. From buying to getting repairs, its always an easy transaction. Christine Renjit I have had consistently poor experiences trying to reach Pandora by phone. Anytime I have a quick question—just something simple I want to check before driving to the store—no one picks up. I would estimate about 95% of my calls go unanswered. During peak times, like Mother’s Day, it’s even worse. I called multiple times to ask about the availability of a specific charm, but couldn’t get through to anyone. I finally decided to go to the store in person, only to be told the last one had sold less than an hour before I arrived. If the phone line actually worked, I could’ve saved myself the time and frustration. For a brand as big as Pandora, I expected better customer service.
