I never in my wildest dreams thought I would ever meet the right person, so it was very emotional for me, even though I hid it well. I have multiple disabilities and to say yesterday was emotionally exhausting in a good way, doesnt cover it. RJ made the appointment extremely easy and smooth and I cannot recommend him enough. He showed me everything I had requested and was VERY laid back, calm, and patient, which is exactly what I needed. My boyfriend will definitely be back up to see him in the future. I so appreciated how mellow jell-o, as I say, the appointment was. I was encouraged to take my time, explore all my options and given a wealth of information on everything from the rings, diamonds, and even the warranty. Thank you for making it a special day!!

Moet T I wouldnt take my fine jewelry nowhere else. Bought pendant in an auction and the bail for chain was too small. Brought it to Flores and within 10 minutes he had a solution. They called me before the time frame of completion was done(finished early). They sent me a picture of product and went out of there way to ship it to me in Colorado. Wonderful team and staff.
