3 /5 Seth Jordan: I really liked this place when it opened, the staff was a lot friendlier and actually made you feel welcomed. When I recently went in for my bracelet to get cleaned there were two woman behind the counter, one older and one much younger. The younger woman was very polite while the older one was very snarky as well as extremely judgmental. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a man that wears a pandora bracelet or if she’s just miserable. While I was waiting a girl had come in to ask the older woman if there was anything she could do to get the right bracelet length since she had ordered it online and gotten the wrong size. New bracelet mind you, this lady told her to go to a jewelry repair store to see if they could add to it! Surely there was something she could’ve done to help the girl but no she sent her away. As I waited for my bracelet I received it back a jumbled mess and looking hardly touched.. I took it as it was since i had to get going for work, but even as I waited and took one last glance at the charms that I had been looking at the entire time! The older woman asks “Do you need help putting on your bracelet sir.” I will not be visiting if she’s there. I’ve purchased multiple charms from pandora’s all around the US and have never felt like I didn’t belong.
