After going to other stores we noticed two things: the enhancers at other stores didnt match what I really wanted but also the top tier customer service we received from Jairo and Irina was and is unmatched. I have worked and managed employees in customer service, and let me tell you this: Jairo and Irina are the epitome of customer service and professionalism. I have been to Helzberg Diamonds before and have worked with Jairo and Irina, every interaction I have had with them is top tier customer service and there is never an interaction that fails to amaze me. Jairo and Irina get excited with you. They look hard for things you want. I can tell from their years of experience I could be excited by a candy ringpop and they would get excited with me. I was so heartbroken and frantic when I called Helzberg and spoke to Mr. Jairo. He was really patient with me because I was losing it. He told me to bring the ring in and they were took a look at my warranties and see what they could do. Bless this man because he was able to look at my information and tell me that everything was going to be OK. You don’t know how relieved I was to hear this.
