Not only for repairs, not only for great prices, not only for a great selection, but great ideas and customer service. Jesse helped me customize gifts for my husband, my father and my sons. My husband bought me gifts from Jesse as well. Even when my sons came of age, they bought from him as well. I wish we lived close enough, weve yet to find anyone as good or fair as Jesse in Gold Works. Highly recommend.

I love going there for the coins and to learn more about precious metals. Its a great place to grow your collection and feel welcome while doing it.

Iraen Marsh Went there @635(closes at 8). Gates were pulled half way down already, so you cant go inside. Ended up going into Dillards located in the mall right behind the store and had to pay to get the charms placed on; because they were purchased at the actual James Avery store. Michelle Cooper UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!
