Marisa Williams YES! I purchased a ring from a "big box store" (that was my first mistake). The ring was sized wrong (waaaay too small) but I dealt with it until I couldnt. The original store wanted to charge me the cost of the ring plus to resize it BUT the staff at Cindys assured me they could do it for much less! They SUPERCEDED my expectations (and Im very particular). The work is flawless. Now Im looking to having a band custom made there because I know it will be great! The customer service was incredible, many other ring places seemed judgmental with our situation. I believe her name was Sharon, she was so nice and gave us her upmost attention and let my girlfriend try on everything she desired. She got everything put together in quick time. Really happy we found this place.

Jamie Blassingame I recently had my wedding band set repaired at this jewelry store. They explained what needed to be done and why, and when I received my repaired rings back the repair was well done and reasonable. They do take a bit of time because they have a lot of repairs but in my opinion done well is better than done fast.

Deborah Thebirdlady Erin is an absolute genius where jewelry is concerned. He learned from some of the best old school jewelry experts in this field and is unbelievably knowledgeable. He is an artist as well as a craftsman. His prices are reasonable, and I can vouch for his integrity. we have had three wedding rings designed by Erin from heirloom, gold and diamonds, and couldn’t be more pleased. If you want to pay top dollar prices And have the experience of glitz in a fancy store, you’ll want to go to a different jeweler. Not only for repairs, not only for great prices, not only for a great selection, but great ideas and customer service. Jesse helped me customize gifts for my husband, my father and my sons. My husband bought me gifts from Jesse as well. Even when my sons came of age, they bought from him as well. I wish we lived close enough, weve yet to find anyone as good or fair as Jesse in Gold Works. Highly recommend.

Jesse Del Villar I’ve used Rendon twice now and it’s been nothing short of Amazing to work with them. In the first occasion they flawlessly repaired my wife’s engagement ring after it had been run over. Couldn’t even tell something had happened there. Second occasion they fixed my gold cuban link necklace. Once again fantastic workmanship. In both instances the pricing was very affordable (necklace repair $20 (don’t recall the ring cost)) and insanely fast. They had my wife’s ring done before our wedding which was only a couple days after it had been damaged, and they had my necklace ready in just a day! I will always return here, friendly folks, affordable and fast!
