Once I made a decision, he was quick to order the setting and performed the bench work as soon as it arrived. He was communicative throughout the process and his after sales service is outstanding.

I brought in some gold and rings, and he gave me a very fair and reasonable deal. What I appreciated most was how transparent he was—he measured and weighed everything right there in front of me, calculated the price on the spot, and there was nothing hidden or done “in the back.” He also has a beautiful selection of custom jewelry pieces, and you can tell he really specializes in creating unique, high-quality designs. Yavriel Sechelle Incredible service. Incredibly friendly person. Great and talented artist. My (now)wife and I went there to get my mothers wedding ring resized for our wedding. Sonya was very happy and excited to do it for us, and asked us how quick we needed it. We told her no biggie, the wedding was still a few weeks away(at that time. We had to move the date up), so whenever she could get it done in that time would be great. The next day, less than 24 hours later in fact, she called us to let us know she had it done, because she was so excited for us to get married, and wanted us to have it as soon as possible. She even put the ring in a display case with other rings to give us a jewelry store experience, as in my wife could choose what ring she wanted. Very fun and sweet of her to add that bit of playfulness into the business. The ring was resized perfectly, and she cleaned it up nicely, which was something she took the initiative to do without asking. Consumate professional. sergio alvarenga This is a family owned place. I was in search of an engagement ring and Irving was knowledgeable to teach me the types of diamonds. I had an idea and picture of what I wanted but I refused to give my business to a chain store like Zales or Robins Brothers. They took my idea and made it happen at a great cost! Not to mention made by hand which is amazing! Needless to say, she said yes! And the turn around time was fast, quick, and they made it easy. Highly recommend you checking them out for your custom Jewelry or even repair.
