We purchased a Neil Lane ring online, but upon closer inspection, we noticed a hairline crack or imperfection on the diamond. Today, we visited the store seeking guidance, and Denise promptly offered assistance, revealing that they had the same ring in stock in a much superior condition. Katie meticulously cleaned and polished the ring, restoring its sparkle. Super grateful for their friendliness and seamless transaction. Although buying online was convenient, this experience reminds us of the value of in-store shopping for personalized service!

Crystal Tan I just Googled this place to have my jewelry repaired. I had my earrings lock repaired and my watch battery replaced. you have to drive by slowly to not miss the place bec it’s not a big one. It has a small driveway for you to park. The older gentleman greeted me, he doesn’t speak much english and I don’t speak spanish but he was able to understand what I needed fixed. He fixed my earrings and replaced the battery of my watch in 20 minutes! He charged me $40 and I thought that was a reasonable price. They only accept cash or zelle for payment. Marcy I decided to visit yesterday, I was looking at the Amethyst rings. I asked the sales lady if I could see one of the rings. She was very helpful and both ladies had a welcoming and friendly smile. While I was talking to them, I glimpsed to an area with turtles. I asked if they had a ring in my size, they were looking and I tried 2 different sizes. Once I had placed it on my finger, I couldnt take it off. Not because it was tight, but because I fell in love with her (the turtle ring). Well, I paid for the ring and couldnt stop looking at it. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Highly Recommend!!
