Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers. shabana khan This JCPenney location is huge and has a great variety of items you can find almost everything you need in one place. I always plan to buy just one thing, but end up shopping for more because of the amazing selection and deals. The store is well-organized, and the overall shopping experience is always enjoyable!

Amanda HILLIKER I adore my permanent jewelry because it is not only aesthetically pleasing but also eliminates the clasp from moving around to the front like most bracelets do. The minimalist look is in, and this is the perfect place to find that unique piece. Trust me, you will not be able to stop looking at it. It surprised me how happy I was with my selection.

Nicole Singleton I’m not typically one to leave reviews but I wanted other moms to know that this is a great place to take little kids. They did a great job of making the process very smooth and naturally distracting my 6 year old who didn’t even flinch during the piercing. She is an extremely sensitive kid so this says a lot about their expertise in handling kids and the benefits of the hollow needle technique versus the gun. Highly recommend!
