His skills and attention to detail is beyond exceptional. Getting my ring back, took my breath away and brought me to tears. Bear Bear WARNING ⚠️ I dropped off a gold bracelet on 4/15/2024. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday, but I was unable to go until today (4/19/2024). I arrived shortly after 10 this morning, and they were closed. I waited 45 minutes and still closed, so I got on Google Maps to see the hours of operation. According to it, they shouldve been open. You cant call, because their number is not posted. I started reading some of the recent reviews of this place, and now Im a little scared. I hope Im not disappointed in their work, or worse yet, I hope they didnt screw it up. UPDATE: Its 12 noon, 4/22/24, and I just returned from picking up my mothers bracelet. Im IRATE, to say the least! Not only did these IDIOTS not repair my mothers bracelet, but they charged me for "straightening" the bracelet. Needless to say, I will never return and do everything in my power to make sure I warn those who inquire about this business. Please read the other reviews and take heed. Im not the only one who has had a horrific experience with these people.

Callie Got my ears pierced and was super nervous but worker was calm and professional. During my appointment there was so many distractions and the store was very busy but she still handled everything well and did an amazing job!!

Emily Buxton This is my absolute FAVORITE store to shop! I love all the unique pieces they offer. I also LOVE how confident I feel in their clothes. They are constantly coming out with new items each week! It’s definitely my go to store to find new pieces for my closet. I truly can’t recommend this store more. If I could give 10-20 stars I would. If your looking for super cute styles and items not everyone will be wearing definitely check out this store! The staff are always friendly and they even remembered my name that’s huge to me! (Or maybe it’s a sign I shops a lot hahah) Now I just wish, hope and pray they open a location in The Houston/woodlands area!!!

Kevin Went to Kay Jewelers at Firewheel Town Center just on a whim to look at anniversary rings with no intention of purchasing on this day. Janie greeted us and listened to what we were looking for. She and her staff, Alexia and Alex, took the time to make recommendations and show us several styles of rings. It was a great time working with people who were pleasant, had awesome attitudes, and were fun to work with. We ended up leaving with three beautiful rings from a business we can highly recommend. Janie and her employees, Alexia and Alex, are an asset to the Kay family and should be commended for a job well done. We would recommend this Kay Jewelers to anyone wanting quality jewelry and a great experience.
