Kevin Went to Kay Jewelers at Firewheel Town Center just on a whim to look at anniversary rings with no intention of purchasing on this day. Janie greeted us and listened to what we were looking for. She and her staff, Alexia and Alex, took the time to make recommendations and show us several styles of rings. It was a great time working with people who were pleasant, had awesome attitudes, and were fun to work with. We ended up leaving with three beautiful rings from a business we can highly recommend. Janie and her employees, Alexia and Alex, are an asset to the Kay family and should be commended for a job well done. We would recommend this Kay Jewelers to anyone wanting quality jewelry and a great experience.

I have had jewelry repaired here and most recently they created a custom ring that has three generations of stones. The craftsmanship is incredible and the photos don’t do it justice!!!! MaDonna Halstead I nervously took my boys shopping with me and I’m glad I did. Not only were they treated so kindly they were personally shown military items when they left their interest of such be known. They were even given juices. Just the extra special treatment when most places cringe at the sight of kids, especially two young boys haha The store was clean, smell wonderful, had a huge variety of endless treasures to cover many interests… not just antiques but new items as well. It’s a great one stop gift shop for yourself or someone on your list. The music playing throughout was lovely and not too overpowering. Everything in the store was arranged nicely making it easy to navigate throughout. We will definitely be back!

Whitney McGregor I’ve been a huge fan of SB jewelry since I discovered them at a Christmas market. I’ve watched the company grow as well as Sarah’s designs for more than 3 years. I rarely buy anything that isn’t SB because the quality and prices are unbeatable. Customer service is super easy to work with (I’ve had custom items made) and all of the staff is so sweet. I love that there is always a variety of jewelry to pick from as some designs are my taste and others are not. She does such wonderful, simple classic designs. Highly recommend!
