It’s an older ring and knew it wouldn’t be an easy fix. Being new to the Tyler area and particularly careful about who would handle my ring with the utmost care, this team and staff immediately put me at ease. Matt, the technician is a gem on this earth! His skills and attention to detail is beyond exceptional. Getting my ring back, took my breath away and brought me to tears. It was brought back to its original form and looked better than the day I received it. They’re personable, compassionate and experts in their field. I’ll forever be grateful for the wonderful staff at Susan Robinson.

Glenda took care of us and was very reassuring that it could be done correctly. She was right! We received it back as good as new. My last experience was important from having my rings cut off - what an interesting device - to resizing them. Glenda was expert at determining the new sizes and when I went for a “fitting”, voila!
