Brianna Lile Stepping through the door I am always greeted with a warm welcoming. Each person takes the their time with you to really understand what the customer wants. Three generations of my family have been coming to Troy Vinson Jewelers. My family has have three engagement rings, wedding bands and other jewelry made here. They take their time to make each piece correct and special for each person. My family will only come to Troy Vinson Jewelers.

Ingeborg Tauber I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Adams/Manager of Dallas Gold $ Silver in Euless, TX, located on Airport Fwy/Industrial Blvd. in Euless, TX. Mr. Adams extended excellent Customer Service, which is hard to find these days, plus demonstrated outstanding product knowledge. I had two watches, both made and purchased in Europe that needed battery replacement and one needed adjustment to fit my wrist. The battery replacement and wrist adjustment was fixed on location. (Other stores would have sent the watches to another location, because they were made in Europe.) Mr. Adams customer service had no problems solving the repair by himself at the current location. Needless to say that I am a happy and extremely satisfied customer. Mr. Adams, you are recommended to my family, friends and anyone who reads this review. I thank you and greatly appreciate your service.

Ashley Lamborn DO NOT USE them. I highly recommend just ordering the cap and gown(only because there are no other options)and NOTHING MORE. I didn’t get my son’s graduation package till 2 days before his graduation. I asked for a refund and got the run around from the location in Amarillo and got lied to saying a refund is in the process when it wasn’t. I then called corporate to verify and got the run around from them as well. They also said I had to pay to ship the items back then I would get reimbursed and for not even half of what I paid for the package. If I could give zero stars I would. Once again, DO NOT USE THEM. Horrible place of business.
