Morgan Byers There are not enough words that could describe our entire experience at Acori! My (now) husband and I moved to Texas from Florida just a couple of years back. After our incredible & beautiful engagement, we quickly began discussing the steps towards designing my wedding band. John Pena Just had to share my recent experience at Jared Jewelry store located on San Pedro in San Antonio. I took my custom diamond ring of 10 years to have it repaired. I was greeted by Annie Gallo. She was very nice, polite, professional, informative and very helpful. I inquired about the cost of the ring repair. Annie was very helpful in looking up my purchase and found I had purchased the warranty. After a few minutes, my ring was taken to be repaired, at no cost, and I was informed it would be ready the following day. Two days later, I picked up my ring. All I can say is WOW! My ring looked better than when I purchased it. Jared did an amazing repair job. I was truly impressed with Jared. They proved to be trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. For my next diamond purchase, Jared will be first on my list. Thank you Annie and Jared for making this a memorable experience.
