He went above and beyond on short notice to ensure that I had the ring in hand before we left for Europe on vacation. His efforts truly made the difference in making our vacation the memory of a lifetime. The ring is a true work of art, and my fiancé was blown away by the beauty of it. A huge thank you to Jason and Bova Diamonds for their dedication to excellence and walking a novice like myself through the process. 5 /5 Madison Buras: Bova Diamonds was a wonderful experience from the start. I just needed to resize my engagement ring (I did not get the ring from Bova). They were super welcoming on the phone, throughout the reservation process, and when I arrived. My ring was re-sized within 24 hours and they cleaned it for me as well. The ring is beautifully polished with no signs of re-sizing at all. While there, I saw them meeting with a couple to find a ring, and they showed great excitement and level of detail to them, which was nice to see as well. I definitely recommend them as a diamond store. Thank you, Halee and Jason!

1 /5 Kendra L: Terrible quality and ongoing issues. Bova even paid me to take down my first negative review. My wedding band was made so poorly and Bova initially refused to refund us until I posted a review with photos. Only then did they reach out, offering a refund plus a $1,500 credit in exchange for removing the review. Now, just one year later, my engagement ring band is bent out of shape and two pavé diamonds have fallen out of the hidden halo. For such meaningful pieces this level of quality is really disappointing. We’re now going with another jeweler to have my engagement ring reset after only a year of wear. Edit: I wear 5 high-quality rings daily, and not a single other one has ever bent the way my engagement ring has. I also completely forgot to mention - my husband bought me a tennis bracelet from Bova, and it fell off my wrist after only 4 months of wearing it. I’m sure they’ll say that was my fault too, but in my experience, the quality just hasn’t held up. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but after so many issues, I feel like I have to share my experience.
