Katie T Branden was so helpful when it came to making my engagement ring a reality! He was able to take a stone from an old family ring and do beautiful hand engraving of leaves/flowers on the sides. He worked with us on price to my our dream a reality. I got updates throughout the process. After my now-fiancé proposed, we realized we had ordered the ring too large. Branden very kindly resized it for us quickly & for free. The whole experience was great.

The flag and shell casings from the 21 gun salute from the service went to their step mother so they didnt receive anything. The amazing people and shields of strength were so understanding of what I was trying to do and helped me find the perfect items to go with each flag. Alex Only giving two stars as the sales associate are lovely. I went in to purchase one of my first statement pieces but couldn’t make up my mind. I was mid conversation with a lovely worker when, I’m assuming the manager with long grey hair came and took the worker away to ask questions that were irrelevant to the conversation in front of me and several other customers. This is super embarrassing not only for me but I cannot imagine how the employees feel. I would not recommend coming here as this interaction left me uncomfortable.

Elizabeth Coffee Highest quality of customer service. I brought in a Sterling bracelet with a broken hinge. Lisa collaborated with her team to offer some repair options that would keep it from breaking again. They think out of the box for you. This is a very special piece to me and they engraved the inside beautifully. Ranch Road is very personable and professional. I definitely recommend them!
