The last time I stopped in, Christina came out and greeted me even though she was on break. They helped my husband pick out a ring for our 30th anniversary celebration and it is beautiful!!! Sherry Gaible James Avery never has a sale but they did offer a good deal on their charms. So, I gathered the three adopted granddaughters and had a shopping spree this hot afternoon. I have been coming up empty for their birthday and Christmas gifts the past year or so. Starting a charm bracelet or add on necklace is a great way for them to design their own gift. This JA store seems brand new, but the very personable and helpful store manager, Karen, said the store is actually five years old. Could have fooled me. We had Karen and her assistant Morgan"s full attention for a good part of the afternoon. The brilliantly lit glass cases, with sample charms, were so enticing, but the girls (11, 9 and 7) made wonderful decisions on their own. I hope this is a tradition that we can keep for years to come.

The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. They gave me an accurate estimate of the time and cost, and delivered exactly as promised. When I picked up the ring, it fit perfectly and looked absolutely flawless and you’d never know it had been altered. I really appreciate the care and craftsmanship they put into their work. Image of love Ultrasound My grandmother had a beautiful pair of earrings that were my great grandmother’s and wanted to gift them to my daughter for her birthday only problem is one had broken and it didn’t appear it could be fixed. We took it Mallory’s creations and he said he’d give it a shot. He was able to fix them and unless you knew they were broken you’d have no idea. I’m super impressed with the repair as well as the service and the speed of the repair. I’m so thankful she will have this jewelry to cherish for years to come and that Mallory’s creations was able to bring them back to life.
