Morgan Byers There are not enough words that could describe our entire experience at Acori! My (now) husband and I moved to Texas from Florida just a couple of years back. After our incredible & beautiful engagement, we quickly began discussing the steps towards designing my wedding band. After not much time, and consideration of the blessing of pieces we were given by family, there was no question; my band was going to be a culmination of family heirloom diamonds. Not being familiar to the area as new residents, we did an indepth amount of research online. It didn’t take long to realize Acori was the place to go. From the moment I walked into Acori, Lulu was the perfect representative; not only of the company, but of who I would need to help create & assemble my perfect wedding band. Lulu took my/our vision and brought it to life. Lulu provided incredible communication, impeccable energy and compassion towards our vision, and overall customer service that exemplifies passion for the jewelry industry and the love and stories that come from it. We are forever grateful for the beautiful piece that I’ll be blessed enough to wear for life, but equally grateful for Lulu and Acori for making this all a reality.

Deborah Thebirdlady Erin is an absolute genius where jewelry is concerned. He learned from some of the best old school jewelry experts in this field and is unbelievably knowledgeable. He is an artist as well as a craftsman. His prices are reasonable, and I can vouch for his integrity. we have had three wedding rings designed by Erin from heirloom, gold and diamonds, and couldn’t be more pleased. If you want to pay top dollar prices And have the experience of glitz in a fancy store, you’ll want to go to a different jeweler. If you want to buy high-quality jewelry or have an expensive heirloom piece worked or repaired, Erin at Best Jewelers is the place to go. Deborah

He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. To top it off, he even gave me a free watch because the cards were done—such a thoughtful gesture! Henry McCarty I recently encountered this jewerly store due to my grandson purchasing a necklace.After he purchased the necklace with in a 3 weeks the clasp become defective (not working).I went to the store to see about a replacement ,after going back and fourth with the salesman and not getting anywhere. I went ahead and had to send it in to be fixed. I paid 27 dollars to repair a necklace that was only purchased 3 week prior. I was not happy about this as my grandson had just turned 15 on the date of purchase.I displayed my disatifcation on this. The owner Shawn contacted me and offered to replace the necklace and to refund my cost for the repair. I met Shawn today at his store and was replaced with a warm welcome and replacement necklace for my grandson. I am truly sorry for posting a negative review on a previous post (that was removed) after speaking with Shawn .I will always come here first on any jewerly purchases in the future. You have earned my trust and thankyou for taking care of this. P.S. Good luck of the fishing trip dont for get to look for the colored apts.
