I was able to customize mine and loved the hospitality and genuine care in each step to finding my forever ring! Also, I get to come in for free cleanings and get reminders from the team when I’m due for a cleaning and to make sure my ring is in tip top shape. No other place does it quite as well in Houson. James Avery Artisan Jewelry Counter inside Dillards - Lubbock
Davina McKee 5-14-25 6:45 pm went in to look for a charm bracelet for graduation gift. The James Avery clerk I Dillards was too busy leaning on the Counter and popping her gum. Not once did she come over and ask if there was something we were looking for. Had to call her three times just to ask about a charm. Very lazy and horrible customer service. Went to Pandora and spent $550 there.
