What could have been a nightmare was completely turned around thanks to Monica G.(store manager). She went above and beyond personally advocating for us, keeping us informed when customer service fell short, and ensuring everything was resolved in the best way possible. Monica’s professionalism, diligence, and genuine care not only fixed the situation but created lifelong loyalty from us as customers. She is the reason we will continue to trust Kay Jewelers. If every representative operated the way Monica does, there would never be a doubt about customer satisfaction. Truly outstanding service! If anyone has had a problem with Kays stores before I would recommend changing that opinion by going here and talking with Monica or her staff. Theyll do whats right. Thats for sure!

maggie van dyke Friendly staff! Great workmanship! I found jewelers bench when looking for someone who is an authorized Philip stein watch repair. I took an amethyst tennis style bracelet that was missing a stone. Because of the color of the stone, I thought it was going to be a difficult match but they did a really good job. The jeweler even checked the remaining prongs and gave it a thorough clean making it look brand new! I highly recommend them!

Margaret Yard Jeff and Delores English are master jeweler’s! They enhanced my wedding ring and stud diamond earrings with creativity and pizzazz! A “halo” of diamonds was added to each piece. My expectations have been exceeded!
