He was very helpful and patient and showed us many options we were looking for whether it be necklaces, pendants, and rings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy jewelry and the warranty benefits they offer. We ended up purchasing the chain and pendant we wanted for a price that was in our budget. Loved the fact that they make their own jewelry in house and very customizable to your own liking.

Moving to the design portion, we had a rough sketch with some additional thoughts on which to build a design. Using our suggestions, Suzanne was able to quickly synthesize a CAD rendition of just what we described and then worked graciously with us to finely tune the design to make it exactly what we were looking for. From there, she and her team helped to create a magnificent ring which helped make for a most memorable engagement day. They designed a ring we fell in love with by changing only 15 percent of the original design in order for my husband to get it in sterling silver!
