Jlee Ollie I visited Pandora the other day, and it was quite busy and discouraging. Just as I was about to leave and order online, my husband and I were warmly greeted by Tyler. He was very professional and respectful—an outstanding young man. I was pleased to learn that he is also an Army Veteran. His conversation with my husband about shared interests and values was very enjoyable and made the experience more welcoming. This allowed me to take my time browsing. Tyler was very helpful, offering several options and suggestions. I appreciate the excellent service provided by Tyler. Pandora may consider employing more professional staff members to enhance customer service and efficiency.

Wendy Enlow After dealing with an unprofessional at one Zales location I decided to try another location. I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Eddie. He was so friendly. Even after finding out I was there for ring sizing, he continued to be just as friendly. Eddie saved you Zales! After my unpleasant visit else where I told myself I was never shopping there again. J These guys are fantastic. I spoke with David in the Tomball store about an engagement ring. He referred me to his wife Jessica at the Magnolia store. Jessica is wonderful. She helped me design and get an engament ring made in a very short period of time that I had prior to a trip I had planned to get engaged. She educated me on diamonds and helped me pick one out that was in my budget and would look great on the designer setting I had chosen. The ring turned out beautiful and my fiance loved it. I highly recommend Trinity Fine Jewelry and will be using them again. Great people. Great customer service and they are very helpful.
