5 /5 Nicole Wanse: My experience at Kay was amazing! Michelle is so sweet and down to earth. She made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Tim was so knowledgeable and helpful. I learned so much about jewelry and he really helped me narrow down what I wanted. The store was very clean and quiet. I’ve been to some locations where I felt so rushed and that was not the case here. Michelle and Tim made my fiance and I feel like they were our personal jewelers. They encouraged me to try different styles that I never would have thought of. They were very patient and I will definitely be back to this location the next time I need to shop for jewelry.

Cheri had helped me pick out the engagement ring 6 months prior based on inspiration pictures my fiancee had pointed out to me. Her help was spot on, because my fiance loved her ring. I definitely recommend coming here if you want great customer service!
