1 /5 Ana Guevara: I’m a regular customer with JCPenney. I shopped a lot with them and I even got a credit card just because I go all the time, ever since I never bought and returned any items until this one item and I’m very disappointed and unhappy the way they handled the return policy. Went today for a returned, that I bought a hills for my daughter homecoming, but she decided not wear it after all because it wouldn’t really match her dress. She tried the hills at the store and walked to it to see if it’s comfortable. So, bought it from the displayed so who knows how many people tried to walk to it. So , never pay attention how it looks on the bottom of the hills. since my daughter has not wear it at all, I decided to return today around 7:30 pm on Saturday 9/30/23 . I don’t know who ever her name the associate that helped me saying that she can tell that’s been wearing the looks of the hills and she insisted that she can tell that the hills has been worn, so telling me that I was lying, and I said I swear that hills has not been worn, because my daughter wear a different shoes, and the associate called the supervisor and before she asked me the associate lady was telling the supervisor that hills looked like worn. So the supervisor very unprofessional also told me no we are not allowed to accept it.
BEWARE when you planned to return a shoes here. Not anymore going to JCPenney and shop at all, after all with my experience today I was very disappointed. If I can give a zeros review I would, is just not have an option for me.
